  • Press, unlimited number of publications, Publishing, unlimited number of publications, in particular publishing for internal communication, including the sales force and distribution network (wholesalers, retailers, agents, etc.), events, posters for congresses, trade fairs, stands, etc.;
  • BtoB communication, in the professional press, for an unlimited number of publications and/or quantities,
  • Electronic, computer, digital, multimedia, Internet and Intranet publishing, all sites (whatever the site and/or support, including so-called "social network" sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube or Dailymotion), unlimited number of insertions and distribution,
  • On any other advertising support (in particular by means of advertising at the point of sale and on the products of the La Roche-Posay Thermal Centre brands) (hereinafter the " Support(s) ").

You are informed that these social networks are platforms belonging to third parties and that consequently the distribution and use of User Content on these social networks are governed by the conditions of use established by these third parties. Thus, We cannot be held responsible for any use of the Content by Us or by third parties in accordance with the terms of use established by the social networks, and in particular, in terms of the scope of rights granted, the duration of the rights and the deletion of the Content. You shall be responsible for any claim by a third party concerning the use of the Content in accordance with the conditions of use established by the social networks.

Furthermore, We remind you that any Content is likely to be referenced on a search engine and, therefore, to be consulted by an audience outside the Site.

Failure to comply with the above principles constitutes a breach of these Terms of Use and We reserve the right to take any action necessary to bring it to an immediate end, including but not limited to:

  • Immediately, temporarily or permanently withdraw the rights to access and use the Site and the services available on the Site;
  • Delete User accounts;
  • Delete User Content published on the Site;
  • Disclose such information to law enforcement authorities when required by law;
  • Initiate legal and/or criminal proceedings.

We reserve the right to take any of the above actions at any time, without notice to you and at our sole discretion. The implementation of these measures may involve the processing of your IP address.

This recourse does not apply to thermal cures covered by a convention, which are services provided on medical prescription under the Public Health Code and the Social Security Code and not the Consumer Code.
 
After having taken this step with Customer Services, the Online Dispute Resolution platform, in accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013, can be used for any consumer dispute and can be accessed at the following link: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/.
 
If the dispute is not resolved within the framework of this mediation, the dispute will be brought before the competent French courts.
