AND REGULATIONS
THE THERMAL BATHS
To ensure safety, hygiene and comfort for all, we ask you to read these rules carefully. The thermal centre holds the right to deny entry or to exclude any person who breaches these regulations.
GENERAL SAFETY
In order to ensure the safety of all, it is forbidden:
- To bring in or use radios or any other noisy instrument in the establishment.
- To access the premises in possession of any dangerous and/or sharp and/or blunt object.
- Access will be denied to any person in an obvious state of uncleanlinesś, inebriatioń or whose behaviour is obviously altered by any substance whatsoever (narcotic or other).
ACCESS TO SKIN CARE AREAS
- Access to the skin care areas is granted on the condition of wearing the treatment outfit.
- The treatment outfit is a swimming costume with a bathrobe that will be given to you by the linen department. For hygiene reasons, swimming shorts and bathing suits are not permitted.
- Sandals or overshoes must be worn exclusively for the treatment.
- To ensure the smooth running of the skin care treatments, we ask that you respect the appointment times in the linen room.
- Only one accompanying person per child is allowed in the spa.
- Do not use mobile phones in the skin care areas.
- Respect the order of priority posted in the skin care departments.
- Return the linen when leaving the establishment.
HYGIENE
It is forbidden :
- To bring animals into the spa.
- To smoke
- To eat or drink in the skin care areas.To add any product whatsoever during the skin care treatments, as per the current legislation.
MEDICAL PRECAUTIONS
Immediately inform your doctor of the appearance of any "pimple", boil, abscess, herpes (fever blister), painful crevice of the hands or feet, or any infectious disease, even benign (chicken pox, shingles, etc...).
USE OF CHANGING ROOMS AND LOCKERS
- The establishment provides you with a cloakroom with individual lockers. However, we suggest that you leave any valuable personal items (jewellery, telephone etc.) at home.
- Your personal belongings remain under your entire responsibility. The spa cannot be held responsible in case of loss or theft.
- Don't forget to put your key and basket back in their locker, each day before leaving the changing room.
SPA SOURCE
To ensure the safety, hygiene and comfort of all guests, please read these house rules carefully. The Spa reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any person who breaches these house rules. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted at Spa Source. Teenagers (aged 12–18) may access Spa Source only if accompanied by a parent. They may only use the Carré des Sources under the constant supervision of a parent. Access to the sauna, hammam and jacuzzi is strongly discouraged for them.
ORGANISING YOUR VISIT TO THE SPA
1. Please ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time of your treatment. This will allow you time to get changed and make your way to the appropriate waiting area. Any delay may result in your treatment being shortened or cancelled.
2. Once you leave the spa, you may not re-enter. You have the option to extend your relaxation by having lunch on site in the dining area. Booking a meal is compulsory as seating is limited. It is forbidden to bring any food or drink from outside into the spa premises. Picnics are prohibited throughout the entire spa premises, both indoors and outdoors.
3. The Spa provides you with a private changing room. However, we advise you to leave any valuable personal items (jewellery, mobile phones, etc.) at home. You remain fully responsible for your personal belongings during your visit to the Spa, and the Spa cannot be held liable under any circumstances for loss or theft.
4. Both inside the Spa and in the outdoor areas, we ask that you refrain from using your mobile phone and behave discreetly so as to respect everyone’s peace and quiet.
HYGIENE AND SAFETY
1. What to wear at the Spa:
A close-fitting swimsuit is the only swimwear permitted within the Spa. For reasons of hygiene and safety, other swimwear, in particular long and/or loose-fitting cover-ups (e.g. swim shorts, one-piece swimsuits, etc.) are prohibited. Swimwear must be worn in all areas; topless sunbathing is prohibited, as is the wearing of beach wraps (pareos);
Sandals must be worn. Disposable flip-flops are prohibited. They must be clean, made of plastic and worn when moving around, particularly around the pool. If you have forgotten yours, they are available for purchase on site;
Sportswear, including clean indoor trainers, is required to access the fitness centre.
2. For hygiene reasons, you must take a shower and wash with soap before entering the spa. You must use the footbaths before accessing the outdoor areas (terraces, outdoor spa, jacuzzi, pool, etc.)
3. The Spa provides you with a bathrobe and a bath towel. Personal bath towels and outdoor towels are not permitted. For treatments where required, we provide disposable underwear.
4. Pets are strictly prohibited on the spa premises, with the exception of guide dogs.
5. Any act or behaviour likely to undermine decency, public morals, the safety and/or peace and quiet of other guests, or the good order and cleanliness of the premises is strictly prohibited. In particular, guests are prohibited from:
- Run, push or cause someone to fall into the pools,
- Jump or dive into the pools,
- Spit,
- Enter the premises wearing street shoes,
- Smoke or consume alcohol or drugs,
- Throwing anything into the water, onto the beaches or onto the terraces,
- Bringing into or using any glass objects or bottles on the premises,
- Faking illness or drowning,
- Eating and/or drinking (except from cups provided by the establishment) in the wellness area,
- Entering the wellness area in clothing other than that permitted (bathrobe)
- Making noise or engaging in games that may disturb others,
- Practising free diving and static apnea (except for events approved by management),
- Bringing in dangerous objects or items that could become dangerous if broken (glass, mirrors, sharp objects, glass containers, etc.),
- Using floating rafts, toys, flippers, masks, snorkels, pool noodles, inflatable objects, buoys and/or any other equipment or objects (only equipment provided for supervised physical activities is permitted)
6. The establishment cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from a fault in a facility, where such a fault is accidental or is reported at the till.
7. Before using the hammam and saunas, you must familiarise yourself with the usage guidelines displayed nearby.
8. The outdoor spa facilities – Jacuzzi, sauna, cold shower and two relaxation areas – are open all year round from Monday to Sunday, from 10.30 am to 1.30 pm and from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm.
9. In accordance with the Group’s security and privacy policies, any recording of images (photographs or videos) of work procedures, technical equipment or staff is strictly prohibited on the premises of this establishment.
For safety reasons, the outdoor spa may be closed or evacuated at the Spa’s discretion in the event of a thunderstorm, heatwave, gale or heavy rain.
MEDICAL PRECAUTIONS
Please note that the treatments provided at the Spa are wellness treatments and are not intended for therapeutic or medical purposes.
This wellness area is designed to provide users with the utmost comfort and safety. Everyone’s behaviour is essential to the smooth running of the facility. Hygiene, and even more so safety, is everyone’s responsibility.
The rules and regulations of the wellness area apply to everyone so that each person can find what they are looking for – relaxation, rest or well-being – in the best possible conditions.
However, certain medical conditions may be incompatible with using the spa, including: circulatory disorders, respiratory or cardiac conditions, diabetes, kidney problems, epilepsy, high or low blood pressure, and cancer currently undergoing treatment (this list is not exhaustive).
If you have any doubts or if you are pregnant, we advise you to consult your doctor to ensure that the planned activity or treatment is suitable for your state of health and, where necessary, to request a certificate confirming there are no medical contraindications. Prenatal massage may only be provided between the end of the third month and the seventh month of pregnancy. Use of the sauna, hammam and jacuzzi is strongly discouraged.
Access to the Spa is subject to the signing of a welcome form, by which the guest confirms that they have no medical contraindications to using the Spa and/or receiving the requested treatments.
