AND REGULATIONS

THE THERMAL BATHS

To ensure safety, hygiene and comfort for all, we ask you to read these rules carefully. The thermal centre holds the right to deny entry or to exclude any person who breaches these regulations. 

GENERAL SAFETY

In order to ensure the safety of all, it is forbidden:

  • To bring in or use radios or any other noisy instrument in the establishment.
  • To access the premises in possession of any dangerous and/or sharp and/or blunt object.
  • Access will be denied to any person in an obvious state of uncleanlinesś, inebriatioń or whose behaviour is obviously altered by any substance whatsoever (narcotic or other).

 

ACCESS TO SKIN CARE AREAS

  • Access to the skin care areas is granted on the condition of wearing the treatment outfit.
  • The treatment outfit is a swimming costume with a bathrobe that will be given to you by the linen department. For hygiene reasons, swimming shorts and bathing suits are not permitted.
  • Sandals or overshoes must be worn exclusively for the treatment.
  • To ensure the smooth running of the skin care treatments, we ask that you respect the appointment times in the linen room.
  • Only one accompanying person per child is allowed in the spa.
  • Do not use mobile phones in the skin care areas.
  • Respect the order of priority posted in the skin care departments.
  • Return the linen when leaving the establishment.

 

HYGIENE

It is forbidden :

  • To bring animals into the spa.
  • To smoke
  • To eat or drink in the skin care areas.To add any product whatsoever during the skin care treatments, as per the current legislation.

 

MEDICAL PRECAUTIONS 

Immediately inform your doctor of the appearance of any "pimple", boil, abscess, herpes (fever blister), painful crevice of the hands or feet, or any infectious disease, even benign (chicken pox, shingles, etc...).

 

USE OF CHANGING ROOMS AND LOCKERS

  • The establishment provides you with a cloakroom with individual lockers. However, we suggest that you leave any valuable personal items (jewellery, telephone etc.) at home. 
  • Your personal belongings remain under your entire responsibility. The spa cannot be held responsible in case of loss or theft. 
  • Don't forget to put your key and basket back in their locker, each day before leaving the changing room.

SPA SOURCE

In order to ensure safety, hygiene and comfort for all, please read these rules carefully. The Spa holds the right to deny entry to, or exclude any person who contravenes these rules. 
Children under 12 years of age are not allowed in the Source Spa. They may only visit the Carré des Sources under the permanent supervision of a parent. Access to the sauna and hammam is strictly forbidden.

 

ORGANISING YOUR VISIT TO THE SPA 

Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled skin care session. This time will allow you to get changed and go to the appropriate waiting area. Any delay will result in the reduction or cancellation of your skin care.
Any exit from the Spa is final. You can extend your moment of relaxation by having lunch in the Lounge. Reserving the meal is strongly recommended, as the number of places is limited. It is forbidden to bring in any food or drink from outside the Spa.

The management reserves the right to deny access to customers who do not comply with the internal regulations and do not display a respectful attitude towards our clientele and staff.

 

GENERAL SECURITY

In order to ensure the safety of all, it is forbidden to:

  • To enter the establishment in possession of any dangerous and/or sharp and/or blunt object.
  • For your safety, we ask you not to run, jump or dive into the pool. 
  • Do not use your mobile phone, and we invite you to behave discreetly in order to respect the peace and quiet of all. 
  • Access will be refused to any person who is obviously unclean, drunk or whose behaviour is obviously altered by any substance (drugs or other).

 

HYGIENE

It is forbidden :

  • To bring animals into the Spa.
  • To smoke
  • Eating or drinking outside the designated areas.

 

MEDICAL PRECAUTIONS 

The skin care treatments provided in the Spa are for your wellbeing and have no therapeutic or medical purpose. 
However, certain medical conditions may be incompatible with the use of the Spa, in particular: circulatory disorders, respiratory or cardiac problems, diabetes, kidney problems, epilepsy, hyper or hypotension (this list is not exhaustive) 
In case of doubt, consult your doctor and ask for a certificate of non-contra-indication if necessary. 
In addition, some treatments or programmes are not suitable for pregnant women (please consult us and your doctor before booking). 
Access to the Spa is subject to the signature of a welcome document through which the Beneficiary acknowledges that he/she has no medical contraindication to attending the Spa and/or carrying out the requested skin care treatments.

 

HEALTH AND SAFETY

For hygiene reasons, showering is compulsory before entering the thermal pool.

The Spa provides you with a bathrobe and a bath towel. Outside towels are prohibited. We provide disposable briefs for care, if needed.

Animals are strictly prohibited inside the Spa.

For your safety, it is forbidden to run, jump and dive in the pool.

Your dress code in the Spa: 

  • Close-fitting swimsuits are the only swimwear allowed in the Spa. For health and safety reasons, other swimwear, in particular long and/or loose-fitting coveralls (e.g. swim shorts, wetsuits, etc.) are prohibited. Wearing a swimsuit is mandatory in all areas and topless is prohibited;
  • Sandals are compulsory. They should be clean and plastic. If you forget, you will find some for sale on site;
  • Sports attire including clean indoor sports shoes is required to access the fitness room.
  • For hygiene reasons, showering is compulsory before access to the thermal pool, hammam and sauna.
  • The Spa provides you with a bathrobe and a bath towel. Outside towels are prohibited. For more comfort, it is recommended to bring two swimsuits. We provide disposable briefs for care, if needed.
