The Anti-Stress & Relaxation programme has been designed to help manage stress and its effects on the skin and mind. It combines a holistic approach with dermatological expertise to soothe the skin and the mind.
To make sure the benefits of our dermatological treatments and neurosensorial massages last over time, we suggest you follow this complete two-day programme, with 5 different treatment sessions. This offer also includes access to the Carré des Sources for two days and a lunch at the Spa restaurant (starter + main course + dessert - excluding drinks) every day. If you wish to continue the experience at home, this programme also includes your personalised La Roche-Posay skincare ritual (a serum, a facial treatment and an eye contour) which will be given to you at the end of your stay.
