At the heart of the Connétable Spa, a few metres from the main hall, come and unwind in our Inclusive Cafeteria which overlooks the Thermal Park. This area is one of the best places in the Spa. Entirely glass-fronted, it opens out onto the surrounding nature and is the perfect place to come and relax before or after your thermal treatments. When the sun comes out, you can enjoy an exceptional view from our outdoor patio.
On the menu, you will find a selection of hot and cold drinks, pastries, savoury snacks (salads, sandwiches, panini, quiches, pies, soups) and sweet snacks (pies, homemade creams, yoghurts, ice creams). Our team members and our chef serve a selection of dishes throughout the year, which vary according to the season.
This cafeteria is not like any other... It employs people with cognitive or mental disabilities. We are committed to promoting the inclusion of persons with disabilities in mainstream employment. The aim of this project is to introduce a new way of looking at differences, regardless of their nature - and to share a smile, while you buy your coffee, that we’re sure will warm their heart and yours.

It is open all year round; you can enjoy a pleasant meal and choose from a selection of our organic herbal teas. Take a moment to relax between your treatments in this cosy lounge area.
Situated in front of the hundred-year-old trees in the Thermal Park, you can enjoy your food and beverages just a few metres from the thermal water pool and the skin care cabins.
We will also treat you to a complimentary herbal tea from our partner Chic des Plantes! which is a great way to continue to benefit from the holistic effects of our five skin care protocols. In terms of catering, we offer simple and balanced dishes that mean you can eat healthily and in sync with our skin care and wellbeing protocols.
All of our day and stay packages include a lunch (starter + main course + dessert - excluding drinks). Reservations can be made on the following days with our staff at the Spa Source reception.
Catering is available from Monday to Sunday, from 12 pm to 2 pm
Snacks are available at any time, please ask at the reception.
