What are the benefits?
By joining our loyalty programme, you can benefit from special offers.
La Roche-Posay products, à la carte skin care, day and stay programmes, allow you to accumulate points:
- 1 euro spent = 1 point
According to the number of points you earn, we will be pleased to treat you to some great gifts.
- 300 points = 50% off one La Roche-Posay product of your choice
- 500 points = One La Roche-Posay product of your choice (free)
- 1 000 points = One bathrobe, one sarong, or one 20-minute floatation massage (free)
- 1 500 points = One 20-minute body massage (free)
- 2 000 points = One facial or 50-minute body massage (free)
Loyalty points are valid for 24 months from the date of the first purchase.
Restaurants do not award points through this loyalty program.
What earns you points:
- At Spa Source: 100% of treatments (face, body, massages, rituals, à la carte) and memberships.
- At Pavillon des Sources (Boutique): all dermocosmetic products and accessories.
- At the Pavillon Rose: workshops and services provided at the Pavillon Rose, as well as purchases of dermocosmetic products and accessories (excluding the Amoena store)
What does not earn you points:
- At the restaurant and cafeteria: no points are awarded for food and beverage services.
- At the Connétable thermal baths: thermal medicine services and treatment packages do not earn points.
Purchase of Gift Vouchers:
Points are credited to the purchaser and not to the recipient of the gift card.
Management terms:
- Validity: Loyalty points are valid for 24 months from the date of the first purchase.
- Calculation: Points are based on the total amount actually paid by the customer (after any deductions or discounts).
- Nature: Points are neither exchangeable nor refundable in cash.
