SOFT MASSAGE

Pilates :

This is a gentle physical activity class. It connects the body to the mind through the ability to control very precise movements, while breathing slowly and deeply from the chest. You will regain optimal posture, strength, flexibility and awareness of the perineal area.

Stretching :

Stretching is a technique for statically stretching a specific group of muscles and ligamentous tissue. Stretching is not only good for the body, it also tones the muscles, strengthens the spine and improves flexibility. It also has an influence on the mind and emotions. By practising it regularly, you will gain peace of mind and vital energy. It is essential to good health. 

Bodyzen :

A series of exercises consisting of harmonious and flowing sequences that strengthen the deep muscles, make the joints more flexible, develop concentration and allow the free flow of energy throughout the body. The simple, slow, gentle and progressive movements allow you to become aware of your body and to achieve greater physical and mental comfort. 

 

FITNESS MASSAGE

Energy ball :

These exercises are based on strength and flexibility. The muscles work in synergy in the 3 planes, relieving the body weight. Your body becomes more supple and resistant, and muscular tensions are reduced.

 

CARDIO MASSAGE 

Oxygenation :

This endurance activity is moderate in intensity and improves cardio-respiratory and muscular capacity, strengthens and tones the body as a whole while stimulating venous return, as well as intestinal transit and bone strengthening. Endorphins are also released and this leads to stress reduction. 

Step :

This activity strengthens the muscles and burns calories. Step also improves coordination and posture. 

Zumba :

This activity combines cardio, fitness and muscle strengthening. An ideal way to strengthen and tone your body, improve your posture and work on your overall figure.

 

AQUATIC FITNESS

 The soft-massage and cardio-massage activities also take place in an aquatic environment at certain times and allow you to work on different muscles, at your own pace, in our thermal water pool.
