Recharge yourself

Restore your self-esteem

FIND YOURSELF AND MOVE FORWARD

Rebuild your self-esteem and take one of our personalised corrective make-up workshops, or follow a self-make-up session and attend a conference given by our make-up artists and beauticians. Redness, acne marks, after-effects of burns, undesirable effects on the skin that are due to cancer treatments, vitiligo, lentigo... learning some corrective make-up techniques to camouflage imperfections is the first step. The question is then if you would like to go further, in the process of reconcile yourself with your image and gain even more self-confidence. These workshops are places for listening, sharing and learning, and help patients to feel better, to recreate social links and to get a new taste for life.

Revitalise your skin

REGAIN SUPPLENESS AND COMFORT

Rejuvenate your skin with the "My skin, my life" workshops as well as the pomading workshops, specially designed to improve your day to day life.
Individual support with the specialised educator (2 sessions) is also offered as part of the support care for children.

MY SKIN ON A DAILY BASIS

Chronic dermatoses generally cause serious problems such as skin dryness. Because moisturising correctly is essential, La Roche-Posay offers a workshop for adults to learn the right gestures and some useful tips for everyday life.

THE POMADE WORKSHOP

Every day, all year round, moisturising and lipid-replenishing skin care products are essential for a more comfortable life: a routine that needs to be made less complicated, especially for children. The pomading workshop allows them to learn how to moisturise their skin while having fun. This is a key step in the young patient's development of autonomy.

THE MONSTER SCRATCH WORKSHOP

The educator uses the Scratch Monster to show all the tricks and tips to relieve itching. Workshops for children are in small groups.

Recharge your body

REJUVENATE YOUR BODY AND RECOVER MOBILITY AND BALANCE

Taking part in a physical activity allows you to repossess your body and mind.

Taking part in a physical activity allows you to regain control of your body, fight against the side effects of treatment and increase your self-esteem.

ADAPTED PHYSICAL ACTIVITY SESSION (APA)

Gentle gymnastics allow you to regain awareness of your body and trust it, breathe better, bend down, get up and walk (at work, shopping, commuting, etc.). It is a gentle way to incorporate exercising again into your daily routine.

SOPHROLOGY WORKSHOP

Discover this relaxation technique through various exercises, some of which address specific topics: anxiety, body image, sleep, memory, etc.

THE AVIROSE PROGRAMME

The indoor rowing programme has been specially designed for physical recovery after breast cancer. At La Roche-Posay we also suggest it to patients suffering from other pathologies.
Global and symmetrical practice that solicits the 4 limbs and the trunk, favours the straightening of the back and the sheathing of the belly as well as the opening of the chest and the shoulders.
Physical activity that allows you to rebuild, remould and soften yourself gently. Ideal for those who want to return to regular physical activity, fight against the side effects of their treatment and live in good health...
