The rates for state-subsidised treatments are regulated and set by the Social Security system.

SPA TREATMENT
Payment of the remaining balance for state-subsidised treatments (Part 2 of the reimbursement, to be paid on the day of arrival) or the full cost of the treatment for non-subsidised treatments must be made the day after your medical consultation with the spa doctor. Payment must be made using one of the payment methods accepted by the Spa Centre.

SPA SOURCE
A deposit of 50 per cent of the service cost will be required at the time of booking; the balance is to be paid on the day of your visit before your treatment.
When purchasing a gift voucher, the full amount must be paid at the time of purchase. A surcharge of 30 euros for 6 months applies to extend a gift voucher that is still valid or has expired by 1 month (the extension is for 6 months from the original expiry date, not the date of the request. Payable on the day of the request, not on the day the treatment is booked.
We extend the validity date on the day the 30 euros is paid).
A surcharge of 60 euros for 12 months applies to extend a gift voucher that is still valid or has expired for 1 month (the extension is for 12 months from the original expiry date, not the date of the request. Payable on the day of the request, not when the treatment is booked.

A fee of 60 euros applies to extend a gift voucher—whether it is still valid or has expired within the last month—for an additional 12 months (the 12-month extension is calculated from the original expiration date, not from the date of the extension request). This fee is payable at the time of the request, not at the time of booking the treatment.
(The expiration date is extended upon receipt of the 60-euro payment.)
A fee of 90 euros applies to extend a gift voucher—whether it is still valid or has expired within the last month—for an additional 18 months (the 18-month extension is calculated from the original expiration date, not from the date of the extension request). This fee is payable at the time of the request, not at the time of booking the treatment.
(The expiration date is extended upon receipt of the 90-euro payment.)
The price of a subscription must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are for a fixed duration and are non-transferable (assigned to a specific individual). Consequently, the subscriber is firmly and definitively committed for the entire duration of the subscription and is not entitled to any refund, except in the event of a permanent medical contraindication—supported by a medical certificate—regarding the services covered by the subscription (in which case, a pro-rata refund will be issued). In the event of a temporary medical contraindication, supported by a medical certificate, the subscription may be extended at the subscriber's request. In all cases, payments made by the purchaser shall only be considered final once the full amount due has been effectively collected.
When confirming an order (as specified above), the purchaser may choose between various payment methods. Payment may be made:
• At the time of placing an order, online via credit/debit card (Visa, Amex, Mastercard), or via remote credit/debit card transaction.
• By phone, between 9:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., Monday through Sunday (at the cost of a local call), by paying with a credit/debit card (Visa, Amex, Mastercard).
• In cash at the Spa reception desk, up to a limit of 1,000 euros.
• By personal check or "chèques vacances" (holiday vouchers) for the payment of services related to a treatment or for the purchase of a gift card—either by visiting the Spa reception desk in person or by sending the checks via registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the following postal address:

THERMAL TREATMENT PROGRAM
You may book a thermal treatment program by calling 05.49.19.49.49, visiting our website at https://centrethermal.laroche-posay.fr/, or by contacting us via post or email at [email protected]. A registration confirmation will be sent to you by email or post. An appointment notice for your program will be sent 10 days prior to your arrival, either by email or post.
No deposit is required at the time of booking.

SPA SOURCE
You may book a service at the Spa Source by calling 05.49.19.48.00, visiting our website at https://centrethermal.laroche-posay.fr/, emailing [email protected], or by visiting the reception desk in person. A booking confirmation will be sent to you via email. A reminder email regarding your booking will be sent the day before your appointment.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

PAVILLON ROSE
You may book an activity at the Pavillon Rose by calling 05.49.19.47.48, emailing [email protected], or by visiting the reception desk in person. You will be provided with a schedule of your activities and/or conferences at the Pavillon Rose.
No deposit is required at the time of booking.

PAVILLON DES SOURCES
It is not possible to reserve products at the Pavillon des Sources.

THERMAL SPA TREATMENT
Promotions and discounts are valid during the specified period and subject to their respective terms and conditions. Unless otherwise stated, they cannot be combined with other offers.
No discounts apply to medically prescribed (insurance-covered) thermal treatments.

PAVILLON ROSE
Exchanges or refunds are subject to the policy in effect at the boutique. Proof of purchase may be requested.

The Seller offers Treatments for sale, either à la carte or bundled into a program, performed at the Spa.

To view the prices and details of the Treatments offered by the Seller, click here. When receiving the Treatment, the Beneficiary may also enjoy access to the Carré des Sources for a half-day or full day, depending on the Treatment program.

The Seller offers several Subscription offers for sale to the services available at the Spa.
To view the prices and details of the Subscription offers offered by the Seller, click here. Any changes to the Subscriptions sold by the Seller will be made to the subscriber's attention (closure during renovations, force majeure, etc.).

The Seller allows the Buyer to offer the Service(s) to a third-party Beneficiary via a Gift Card. The Gift Card will specify the name of the Services, the Order number, and the Use By Date. Gift Cards are valid for the Service(s) selected by the Buyer when placing their Order. Services must be completed within one year of purchasing the Gift Card.
The Seller reserves the right not to deliver the Service(s) to any person who has purchased their Gift Card outside the traditional distribution network, particularly directly from an individual.
The Buyer may, prior to placing their Order, review the essential characteristics of the Service(s) they wish to order, directly on the Website or by telephone. If the Buyer would like additional information or advice on the Services, they are invited to contact the Spa using the contact information provided below.

Once the Buyer has received their Order Confirmation or the Recipient of their Gift Card, they may reserve the day(s) and time(s) for the Services to be provided. Reservation of Services is mandatory. Due to the long Service Use Deadline, the content of the Services may be redefined and may not correspond exactly to that detailed in the Order Confirmation or Gift Card, without the Seller being liable in this regard.

The Reservation is confirmed by sending a Reservation Confirmation by email within 48 hours. This email must be retained as proof of the Reservation.

Teenagers (12-18 years old) may access the Spa by booking a Teen Treatment and must be accompanied by a parent. They do not have access to the Carré des Sources alone.
Children under 12 years old are not admitted to the Spa. Animals are not allowed in the Spa.

In accordance with European and national regulations—specifically the provisions of Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, which applies to contracts concluded remotely or outside of a business establishment—a Buyer who places an Order via the Website or by telephone has the right to withdraw, without penalty, within a period of fourteen (14) business days from the date of the Order Confirmation.

If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it shall be extended until the next business day.

Pursuant to Article L. 221-28, 12° of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer does not have this right of withdrawal if the Reservation is made before the expiration of this fourteen-day period.

A Buyer wishing to exercise their right of withdrawal must send an email or a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt—optionally using the withdrawal form provided below—to the following address: Spa Source La Roche-Posay, Rue du Docteur Benjamin Bord, 86270 La Roche-Posay. This must be done before the end of the fourteen (14) day period; the day on which the Order Confirmation is received is not included in the calculation of this period. Withdrawal Form

In the event that the Buyer has paid a deposit, the Buyer shall be reimbursed no later than fourteen days from the date on which they informed the Seller of their decision to withdraw.
No withdrawal request will be accepted after the withdrawal period has expired; however, the Buyer remains entitled to cancel the Order under the conditions set out in the "ORDER MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION" section above.

a. Force Majeure
Neither Party shall be held liable for any total or partial failure to perform its obligations under these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) if such failure is caused by an event constituting force majeure.

Events that meet the criteria established by the case law of the Court of Cassation (Cour de cassation) and by legislation shall be considered cases of force majeure.

The Party invoking an event of force majeure must notify the other Party within five (5) business days of the occurrence of such an event. The Parties agree to consult with each other as soon as possible to determine how the Order will be handled for the duration of the force majeure event. If the interruption due to force majeure persists for more than one (1) month, the Seller may choose not to fulfill the Order, in which case the Seller shall be required to reimburse the Buyer, where applicable.

b. Partial Invalidity
If one or more provisions of these GTCS are held to be invalid, or are declared as such pursuant to any law, regulation, or final decision by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in full force and effect.

c. Entirety of the Agreement
These GTCS and the Order summary provided to the Buyer form a contractual whole and constitute the entire contractual relationship between the Parties.

In the event of any contradiction between these documents, the GTCS shall prevail.

d. Modification of the GTCS
The Buyer may save or print these GTCS, provided that they are not modified in any way.

The current version of the GTCS may be viewed at any time under the "General Terms and Conditions of Sale" section, which is accessible from every page of the Site. The Seller may update these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) at any time. Any such update will be subject to a specific prior notification on the Site.

e- Non-waiver
The fact that either Party does not, at any given time, exercise any of the provisions herein shall not be construed as a waiver of its right to enforce such provisions at a later date.

f- Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These GTCS and the contractual relationship between the Buyer and the Seller are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute between the Buyer and the Seller—and provided that the dispute has not been resolved through the mediation process described in the "MEDIATION" section above—the matter shall be brought before the competent French courts. The parties agree to consult with one another and attempt to reach an amicable resolution to their dispute before referring the matter to the competent court.

In accordance with the rules governing mediation, any consumer dispute must first be submitted in writing to our Customer Service department at the following address: Thermes du Connétable, Attn: Customer Service, Rue du Docteur Benjamin Bord, 86270 La Roche-Posay, and/or via email at [email protected] or [email protected]. If, after contacting our Customer Service department, your complaint remains unresolved, you may refer the matter to a mediator, free of charge, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code regarding the amicable settlement of disputes. The Seller subscribes to the services of the following mediators:

• For thermal spa treatments (*Cures*): Mr. Daniel BOULIN, Mediator for the Thermal Spa Sector (*Médiateur du Thermalisme*), 157 chemin de Garia, 64300 LAA MONDRANS – [email protected]. Excluded from this mediation process are state-subsidized thermal spa treatments (*cures thermales conventionnées*), which are services provided under medical prescription and fall under the Public Health Code and the Social Security Code, rather than the Consumer Code.

• For the Spa: The Seller subscribes to the services of the Paris Mediation and Arbitration Center (Centre de médiation et d’arbitrage de Paris – CMAP), located at 39 Avenue Franklin D. Roosevelt, 75008 Paris (http://www.cmap.fr). To learn how to refer a matter to the mediator, click here.

At the European level, the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform—established in accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013—may be used for any consumer dispute and can be accessed via the following link: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/.
